COMBUSTION AND TWO-PHASE FLOW DIAGNOSTICS: ORBITEC has conducted many research programs characterizing combusting two-phase flows. Two facets of this research are gamma densitometry and spray analysis. Past gamma programs have involved interrogating cryogenic flows, characterizing gels, designing a measurement technique for cavitating flows and conducting experiments in heat transfer flows.
